Spending most of my time in the service industry, I owned, operated and developed approximately 2,500 marina boat slips in Connecticut. These marinas also had large service departments that had to be managed.

The development of marinas included design, permits and construction. We were the leaders in the sale of Condominium Slips.

Many years were also spent in the construction of commercial buildings, marine bulkheads, docks and historical renovation of an old textile mills and office building built as early as the late 1700s...

My extensive knowledge of the construction industry led me to my present career as a property inspector and property manager.

I continue my education to keep in tune with the latest building practice.
